Basic Information
1. ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard set for Quality Management System for companies or organizations.
2. ISO 9001 is regulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
3. In Indonesia, ISO Standard is regulated by National Agency for Standardization (BSN).
4. To obtain ISO 9001 Certification, it is necessary to attend ISO 9001 awareness training, ISO 19011 internal audit training and implementation of ISO 9001 (document creation and implementation).
5. The validity period of ISO 9001:2015 is 3 years.
6. After the validity period of the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate expires, recertification needs to be carried out to obtain a new certificate.
7. Every year, a surveillance audit needs to be carried out to ensure the system is running properly.
